Sustainable Weaving: Recycled Webbing Takes Center Stage on 5th June World Environment Day, Paving the Way for Sustainable Future.
With increasing of environmental awareness, World Environment Day was marked by a breakthrough in sustainable manufacturing with recycled webbing. This game-changing innovation promises to revolutionize industries reliant on webbing materials, such as fashion, outdoor gear, and transportation.
JUDE as a weaving expert are always committed to utilizing recycled materials to create high-quality webbing.
◆ By using recycled nylon yarn, we can save 1 ton of oil per ton, 90% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions per ton.
◇ By using degradable polyester yarn, it degrades 40% faster than ordinary polyester. The cost is 1.5 to 2 times that of ordinary polyester. Tested in method ASTM D5511, the decomposition rate of 200 days is 25%, and the decomposition rate of 30 days in seawater is 7.6%.
